"honey, can you please pull over? it doesn't matter where. just pull over. landon needs to be fed and changed." (what happens when we take an infant around to run errands with us - which we don't mind at all).
this was the shopping complex my lovely husband turned into for 15 minutes so i could change landon's dirty diaper and feed him before he does what he does best - that is, sleep. we had our car parked before papa decided to take evan in to buy a balloon. it was such a cute gesture and evan was completely satisfied over his one dollar balloon! i was surprised that i didn't hear a sound from aiden and/or dilly complaining or whining in the backseat about why they didn't get something. it only told me they gracefully accepted that evan deserved his balloon or they were too busy trying to figure out a plan to "borrow" the balloon - it really beats me OR are they too old and cool for balloons now? haha. i'm just glad i didn't have to react and tell them to behave.
i was happy to see my little evan smile. i mean, when does he NOT smile? he wakes up smiling and is probably my happiest baby.
