i dont know how many times they've asked us to take them to the Discovery Science Museum. i guess the fact that we drive by it several times a week causes their lovely heads to turn. aiden can read and he knew when the "castle adventure" (lego) was going to be displayed. he's really good at building legos on his own and has aspirations to design and build them. hence, the reasons why he probably received so many lego gifts this year for his 5th birthday. he has been building legos since he was 4 years old - just not your typical legos, but boxes suitable for kids ages 7-12. my little guy amazes me with his building ability, but when he does get stuck, he normally ask me to help. otherwise, he likes to try to figure it out on his own. if you could imagine, this was total heaven for him! OH - and did i mention, he has GOOD memory. It's crazy.
Here's what Aiden built while Papa played with Evan and Dylan in the "kids younger than 4 zone". Baby L and I got to watch Aiden use his creativity to be a master builder. We spent about an hour at the museum just hanging out together. We'll be back again in a week or two. Yes, we're members. It's inexpensive and if you have a family, I highly recommend becoming one. Remember, knowledge is powerful. Haha!
Love my boys. XOXO.
P.S. I'll post the video clip sometime this week.
